Payment Options

The spa accepts cash, Master Card and Visa. Note: there is a 3% charge for credit cards when used in Mexico.

Spa Cleanliness

Our clients can rest assure that all of our staff set high standards for cleanliness, sterilization, and freshness throughout our spa. Our linens, equipment, and tools used in each treatment are changed and cleaned for each patron.

Gratuities & Taxes

Gratuities are not included with any of our spa services or gift certificates. All gratuities are at the client’s discretion. Our spa receptionist will be happy to assist you with gratuities for your therapists. All prices include sales tax.

Sauna, Steam Rooms, and Pool

All customers are welcome to use our aromatherapy sauna and steam room. However, we do not keep the heat on all the time to save energy. Please let us know prior to your appointment or as soon as you arrive that you would like to use either of them so we can get the heat to the right temperature. If you are planning to use either of the heated rooms before to your first treatment, come a half hour early and relax and enjoy. If you let us know before you arrive, we can turn on the heat in the room of your choice and it will be ready.

Our spa is an independent business. Customers of Spa Ventana al Mar are allowed to use the resort’s pool and hot tub outside our spa. Be sure and bring a beach towel if you plan on using the resort pool. Please note that these are resort facilities we have no control over the temperature of the water.

Series Pricing

We offer discounts on series of many of your favorite body and skin treatments. This is perfect for those who wish to receive the benefits of progressive treatments on a regular basis or friends and couples that would like to share a series.

Edibles

Our spa has fruit and bottled water available. Some of our packages include cocktails and light snacks. A menu from Bobby’s Restaurant on property is also available.
